97 blazer headlight issue

started with high beams first and has now moved on through to low beams and day lights.

After lights are on for a good bit like 15 minutes or so they start to flicker on and off. The relay in the glove box clicks away with it. I changed one of the three relays in the glove box and no help.

once it starts happening everytime you turn lights on the relay clicks and then in a few minutes the lights start failing.

hhmmmm?

HI dont worry i had the same problem heres how to fix it.The main light switch you push to turn on parking lights and head lights is one unit, you can pick this up at auto zone or advance auto parts for about 20 bucks.

Same problem with my '96 LS Blazer. And again, it was the actual switch. $30 for mine though...

I have the same problem. Some GM "Specialist" told me it's the relay in the glove box. I bought the relay but haven't replaced it. Is the headlamp switch unit difficult to replace? Any advice before tackling this would be appreciated
