89 Integra MPFI Swap

HI,
Can you use the 89 Integra intake (the whole thing from top to bottom) from a DOHC to do a MPFI to DPFI swap on a 1.5 SOHC?

Also could you use all the wires and resistor box as well?

How about the Distrubritor?

I have a teg ECU from it already.

I did SEARCH but could not find a definitive answer..

THANKX,

Re: 89 Integra MPFI Swap

You can use the SOHC ZC Intake manifold but NOT the DOHC one. You can also use the intake manifold from a 88-91 Civic D16a6, in which I do have for sale right now.

Re: 89 Integra MPFI Swap

remember

Almost all the time
DOHC bolts onto DOHC
and
SOHC bolts onto SOHC.

and

Engine series dont mix:
ex:
dseries on d series
bseries on bseries
fseries on fseries
kseries on k series

You get the point. May parts can be mixed though.
