Whey mixing question.

I know that you cant pre-mix creatine, but would it hurt if i mixed all my whey protein for one day up and put it in the fridge?

Re: Whey mixing question.

surprisingly i dont know why it does, but yes it would have some effect. bring your 'scooper' and your protein with you in a plastic bag. thats what i do and i have never ran into a problem.

how hard is it to mix a scoop into a glass anyway? i hope you dont have the clot-problem. you know, where the protein powder becomes all chunky and stuff. i would then try another brand. i bet you use a blender, and this is your problem.

or...you could be making your own smoothies (bananas, oranges, apricots, strawberries, kiwi..)

hmm...

Re: Whey mixing question.

i have found it easier to mix it in a used gatorade bottle and shake it. much much easier. thats why i was wondering if i could make 2 or 3 servings in it, drink one, then the other later.

I use EAS whey protein myself and its by far the best protein i've used so far. its got the best taste and no lumps at all even when its made in ice cold milk. lol, sounds like a marketing campaign

hmmm, not sure about storing whey protein, you'd be better off asking on a bodybuilding forum like bodybuilding.com forums. They should be able to answer your question.

Re: Whey mixing question.

At GNC etc... they sell shakers.. a large plastic cup with a lid and grate that fits inside the lid with a couple shakes the grid gets rid of chunks and its much easier than stirring or using a blender. They usually
