Exclamation Oil Filter Recommendation

I've done some research on oil filters studies.
I learned that Fram is one of the worst oil filters you could buy.
I have a Yamaha R1, I purchased a Fram filter for it last time but I won't do it again.
Any recommendations?

Re: Oil Filter Recommendation

Yeah you can get the bosch or mobil 1 filters for about the same price and they are a lot better than frams.

Re: Oil Filter Recommendation

Finding a selection of oil filters for motorcycles is harder than it is for cars.
For cars, I heard Wix, Purolator, AC Delco, & Mobil 1 are amongst the best.

Re: Oil Filter Recommendation

No they are not harder to find. Every company makes them. Some cars use the same size filters, its not just motorcycle specific. I would not stress so much over a filter. If anything get picky with oil because that is what will make a difference.
