89 lesabre ttype radio electrical problem and a/c problems

I love my car and have managed to get everything to work properly in the motor. I am working on the bodywork and electrical now. The radio works great except that every once in a while it will buzz out and I have to tap the clock indicator with my finger to get it to stop buzzing. I think part of the problem is because the passenger side of the car is slightly wrecked and the wiring going down that side of the car may be damaged. But then again, I haven't had any other electrical problems due to that. Any ideas what could be causing this? Also, my heater and a/c work great except that my a/c blows luke cold air now. It use to blow winter freeze air. Could this be to low freon or is this a problem that occurs in the buicks? I have already replaced the blower in the car, so I know that is not causing any problems.
