New to Mustangs, need help!

I just purchased a 1999 V6 Mustang, and it is all stock. I need help on how to make it faster. I need to know the basics first, especially the fast, easy, and cheap things I can do to get more horses. Any suggestions?

chip is useless without other engine mods...t-lok won't get you faster, it'll help you grip better(with both wheels instead of one)

intake(CAI) is good, maybe some underdrive pullies, catback exhaust....
