What type of paint to use for paint an upper manifold?
I just picked up an Explorer intake in great shape. It was painted before by the previous owner, but the clear coat was peeling like a mother on the upper, so I removed it. I was thinking of getting the upper polished, but it would be too much of a pia, so I think I'm just going to repaint it. What kind of paint should I use to repaint it gray? I'm also going to add another clear coat.

Just use engibine paint. I used it on my violin case of a 4.6 look here http://www.cardomain.com/member_page...4&cat=25&val=1 to see it
