90 Eclipse GST for TII RX-7?
Would anybody be interested in trading a 87-92 TII RX-7 for a 90 Eclipse GST with a Jspec motor(60k on it) and all new gaskets(valve cover, exhaust, head gasket, everything). I went ahead and got a valve job done on the heads and had them resurfaced. I have a Stage 1 racing clutch here at the house waiting to be installed, indiglo gauges that are only a week old. I also have an aluminum wing I will throw in. The car has all the free mods done to it....I never ran it at the track but with the free mods it' supposed to run 13's PM me if interested. By the way it has to be in TX.

Really it doesnt have to be a TII but at least an S5.

Your best bet would be to sell the eclipse, then buy an rx-7. I seriously doubt anyone here would want to downgrade like that.

Well, I am looking for a 2nd car, seeing as my 7 winds up on jack stands for an average of 2 weeks out of every month.
 How reliabe are eclipse gst's and whit gas mileage do they get? What is the cars overall condition?

Damn.. I need to tell that to my friend that daily drives a 500 RWHP DSM. Maybe he missed that memo.

i used to have a 1991 eclipse gst and i can guarantee you that the car wont run 13s with the free mods. it was fun turbo car but wheel hop and torque steer owned my ass. i would never trade a TII for a FWD car. if i were to ever get another turbo DSM it would have to be AWD

a turbo eclipse would be AWD...

gst = turbo FWD gsx = turbo AWD
