For my front lights I ran the wires under the gasket for the windscreen. it's on the side and you just pull it up. There is tons of space there for wires. Then I ran out and up to the front of the rack bar (angled one). The wires are ziptied and run behind the bar, squeezed between the gear basket. This keeps them hidden and out of the way. Then they just go up to the lights on my roofrack. I have quick disconnects on the wires so if I take the rack off it's easy to not mess with the lights/wires.

On the back I just ran from the tap on the reverse lights, up the side and out the gap of the rear hatch/roof.

Some people more daring than me have drilled though their roof and ran the wires through the rack and out to the lights.

Hope that helps.
