Best Price on Honda Odyssey EX-L?

Dear All,

What is the best price anyone has been able to get a 2004 Honda Odyssey EX-L for? The invoice on the car is $26,122 and I want to negotiate a dollar amount over invoice. Are there any dealer hold-backs or rebates going on now that one can also negotiate away?

Call around to the 3 or 4 nearest Honda dealers and let them give you a price. Then do an internet search (google = honda odyssey discount new) and pick one or two. When you are talking to the local dealers, find out if they offer a discount on service to their customers and whether they offer a free loaner if the car is in for an extended time period. That might be worth a few extra dollars in your pocket.

Manchester Honda in Connecticut advertises a "plain and simple" price of $26,873.00 for the EX-L.

Stay away from Autobytel and the like unless you want to be hounded by dealers calling......and then get dumped on with a gazillion spams.

I'm going through this process right now. I'll let you know what the outcome is in the end. I really like the 200 over invoice idea. My wife hates the sales process and doesn't even want to go with me. Anyone want to buy a Northwoods Windstar?

I just closed a deal on an 04 EX Navi. $27,500 + taxes + Tags out of the door ($28375). Vienna VA.

I just paid $27,500 out the door for a 2004 EXL with DVD, Meyer Honda in Fairview Heights, IL.

Just purchased EX-L with Navi- out the door with wheel locks & mud flaps for $26,400 plus $490 destination and $49 processing. This was in MD.
