Taking matters into my own hands

Ok, heres a bit of background:

My neighbor's sister drives a less-than-mint condition 86 Honda Accord LXi. It was his car, until he left for college, then she got it. She learned to drive on it, and has completely trashed it. She treats it like crap, and that makes me angry.

One of the big peeves of mine about it was that she had smacked the driver's side rear wheel on a curb, and busted half the wheel cover off. It looked absolutely terrible, and I told her that every chance I got. Well, last night I decided to take care of it for her.

So here it is, my 15 minute masterpiece!

It looks better than it did, and whats funny is she hasn't even noticed yet.
