4.6 please help me!!!....

My car is becoming so much of a problem im considering chunking it and getting a truck. BTW I hate trucks. It keeps studdering all the time. I'll change the wires it'll run good for like 2-3 days then it starts up again.. I have changed the fuel filter and coils still no help.. I have changed the wires about 10 times. please can anyone help this ford.

Is it an automatic and how many miles, ford has put out a couple of service bulletins having to do with shuddering tranny's. They talk about changing to a mercon v fluid and changing the 1-2 accumulator piston to a newer style one.

its a 4.6 standard, i have the bbk intake pipe, basani xpipe....
