programming a key for a 99 F-150

thanks in advance to all who respond
I have a 99 F-150 just bought a new kew I know it has got to be programmed to operate I just dont remember how to do it so I would appreciate if anyone out there would be able to help I do remember doing these by cycling the key just dont remember exactly how

Owner's Manual should tell you how to do it aswell, but if i remember correctly you turn the programmed key forward and aft, to the music-and-lights-on-but-not-started position and back to the off position as fast as you can 8 times, then do the same thing with the un-programmed key and you should be all set.

what he said to do is for the key less entry i got an onwers manual if you need me to look just email [email protected]
