suspension question

I have KYB agx shocks for my 99 eclipse just sitting there, because I haven't bought springs just yet.... my friend has 4 neuspeed springs for his honda accord and he's trying to get rid of em. He'll sell em to me for dirt cheap (20 dollars per spring), I don't know if I can use springs for that car on mine? I don't really feel like paying full price for springs, so if I can use my friend's I thought it would be a good way to save some cash. AIT.

Re: suspension question

whats the weight that the springs support... thats one thing you have to watch for, i know an eclipse is heavier than a accord so the springs might not be able to support as much!

Well, I have the base model eclipse, it's pretty much without any fancy stuff and it's a hard top so it should be pretty light... actually I think my accord is heavier since its a 4 door sedan loaded with crap. But other than the weight do you think I'll have any problems?
