Chassis Lube

I'm looking to lube the ball joints on my 97 Camry. They don't appear to have jerk fittings. Do I replace the existing fittings?

Relatively new to this kind of maintenance so any help would be appreciated.

Yes, they do recommend that the existing fittings are replaced.
