Re: Where to buy a BlueBird

If you want a turbo NX2000, just buy the turbo kit from the bluebird engine and put it on your existing SR20DE. You'll make more power, save money, and keep your high redline. The NX2000 is called a B13 because it's the same chassis as the 1991-94 Sentra. Just a different frame.

Re: Where to buy a BlueBird

doesnt the bluebird have upgraded parts, like rods, pistons ...ect? What would give me more horse power, a turbo kit or a bluebird swap?

Re: Where to buy a BlueBird

The only "upgrades" the bluebird engine has are lower compression pistons and larger injectors. You will DEFINITELY make more power with the turbo kit. The kit comes with the larger injectors and the higher compression of your SR20DE pistons makes extra power without being to hard on the rods. Plus, if you did a bluebird swap you'd end up getting the ecu upgraded anyway whereas with the turbo kit, it's necessary for the install. So there's more power and more money saved right there. Make sure you know what you're getting into though because you'll be replacing tires and transmission monthly if you don't.
