Left Tail Light doesn't work
I have a 95 GCLtd, I have replaced the bulb, checked wiring and fuses however when i press on the brakes the brake light works, also my left indekator flashes very quickly im not sure if it is related or not and also the reverse and turning lights are dimmer than the right side.
This is my first post, it would be much appriciated if anyone has incountered this problem. |

Make sure that the socket you plug the bulb into is lined up with actual assembly. There is two contact on one side and one contact on the opposite. They need to make proper contact, two contacts need to be aligned with the two on the assembly and the side with one contact needs to be aligned with the one contact on the assembly.

I have the same prob. I think it has something to do with the towing harness? I came to this problem after moving from Tn to Ky over the period of about 3 weeks and pulling a trailer many times to do this. when I first started moving all lights worked fine but about the second week things started to go bad (including the trailer lights) but this was minor considering the other probs. well i'll save those probs for another day. now that move is over I have a lasting reminder! "my tail lights are out" this is why I think it has something to do with trailer wiring? btw, I would love some advise to!!!!!!! so if anyone has a fix please let me know so I can finally get over this "move for hell"

Re: Left Tail Light doesn't work
make sure you have not replaced the bulb with a non trunsignal bulb, as they only have one element.
