Factory CD-DVD changer --- doesn't play all DVDs

For some reason, certain DVDs aren't automatically playing in my player. For example, Toy Story automatically starts after the DVD is read. But if I pop in LOTR - Two Towers or Star Wars Ep. 2, it takes me to the menu and I'm stuck. I try to push Seek, Enter, etc. --- nothing seems to work. It just sits at the menu. It's very frustrating.

Anyone else having problems? More importantly, anyone have a fix?

I have the following DVD with 6-disc changer. I also have the navigation system:
