Leaky sunroof on '97 DX

I just got my '97 Civic DX. I love the potential this car presents. Someone has put a ICEMAN cold air induction, taillights and such on this car. The weak 1.6L seems to need a little help, but overall it's a great car. My problem lies in the sunroof. It seems to seal up just fine, but I found water leaking in front of the visors, and streaming down the headliner towards the rear of the car. How can I fix this? I searched the forums and could not find anyone who addresses this problem.
I'd appreciate any suggestions.
