site for posting times

alright people, i get frustrated at all these threads of "car1 vs car2" on this forum.i have some free time on my hands, and i've been toying around with this idea...

build a site where car owners can post their track times and compare their times to cars they might want to race. side by side comparison of times and mods divided in categories such as FI cars vs. NA cars and stuff like that.

i know cardomain lets you post "bragging rights", but i don't think thats very good for comparison.

i want to know how viable (possible) the idea to build a site like this would be. i'm asking on this forum cuz this is my home forum, and i don't venture out into the rest of AF world much. i have no money beyond the few bucks i plan on spending for a domain name once i can launch the site. then i plan on relying on AF users to fill the database with timeslips

plz give me any feedbacks on ideas, and possible complications
