Re: How do I diagnose power window problem??

is it the drives door switch that controls all the windows doing it, or is it all the switches doing it. if so your drivers switch is broken and just replacing it should fix it, but if they are all doing it with all the switches I'd check fuses.

I have a similar problem...My driver door power window cluster works all windows but the other windows won't go down with there own switches, and no the lock out is off...when I got the car I noticed it had two 12v power points down by the ash tray...the one on the right had a dime in the bottom and when I pulled the dime the aux unit didn't work...this leads me to believe that a fuse is blown BUT will it be tied to the power window switches...I don't have a sunroof and I would think that all the windows should be tied together so why would the driver door work.

Re: How do I diagnose power window problem??

I finally figured out the problem w/all my windows..i pushed on the boot in the door where the wires run from the door to the car and my passenger side windows started working..i took off the boot and found two broken wires and more that was about to break..so i reconnected the broken wires and taped up the ones that was nearly broken..the only window that doesnt work now is the driver door..i can hear it clicking but not going down..it worked before they all went out..dont know why it doesnt work..any help would be appreciated on that..i hope this helps out other aurora owners..
