Acceleration of the y2k VTEC Lude?

I just wanted to ask if anybody has got some serious acceleration numbers from 0-62mph of the year 2000 VTEC Prelude (200hp)? My Honda brochure says it should be about 6,9 seconds but I´ve read somewhere that it´s more like 6,7 seconds! Any infos about that?
Thanx!

first of all, all 97 and up preludes are VTEC. and secondly, which are you talkin about, the SS or a 5 speed? those numbers look more like th 5 speed. well, i've seen a range of numbers myself, from as low as 6.5 seconds to as high as 7.7 for a 5 speed. who to trust is up to you. but a safe guess would be right around 7 seconds. we're talkin stock here right?

the numbers published by honda was 6.9 seconds.

del: only in America were the preludes VTEC only... Japan and Europe had non-vtec versions for better fuel economy options.

:finger: That´s true. We also had one with a 2.0i SOHC engine with 133hp!
Engine is stock. 5 speed (most Krauts don´t like automatic except in their Benz!! ).
