Unhappy help no power!!!

Hi i'm new to the forum and a new bonneville owner. Let me start by telling you that I have a 96 3800 sse series 2. The car has been having acceleration problems so I changed the plugs and wires. The acceleration has improved but now its sputtering between 30-40 mph.
Help needed!!!!

Sounds like something more internal then plugs and wires...you may want to swing by the dealership and have them look at it.

If you don't like your local GM store, then any place with a really good diagnostics system should be able to determine the problem.

Re: help no power!!!

Hopefully it is not the fuel pump, because that gets very expensive, although I know 3800's tend to need them when they get older (just had mine done last year, $400)
