importing an s13 from new zealand/australia

hey can anyone help me? i am trying to import an s13 from new zealand or australia. i know there are a lot of things that i need to take car of to bring it into the us and i wanted to know 1. waht i need to do 2. who can help me do it and 3. how much is it going to cost? any info would be great, thanks also if you have any websites or companies that i could check out too!!! thanks
