Cylinder numbers question!

Hi, i have a misfire on cylinder 4, today the inyectors were professionally cleaned and refurbished. 5 inyectors are on excelent conditions, but 1 is bad, too bad. My question is where are the cylinder 4?, are the same numbers than the ignition control module says?.
