17 inch rims
i found a set of 17 inch rims with 235 / 45 17 tires on them. what is the widest tire that will fit on the 89 gts-t? i don't want to have to cut anything you know.
thanks again |

I don't have experience myself. But I think it will fit fine. As I sold a set of 17" wheels with the same size tires to a guy with a R32 GTST a while ago.

Confirmed, 255/40R17's should be no problem. Er.. but offset is reall critical. There is approx half a centimeter between my hicas steering arm and the wheel er.. and its awfull close to the guard. But er. never scrapes.

The wheels he put on the back of his car are off a GTO, the special addition polished ones that are extra wide and directional. Still look really bad on a skyline..
