Program Ignition Key '03 Galant

Hello, I just picked up an '03 Galant ES (4 cyl). Nice car. I have only 1 key now and would like to program 2 new ignition keys I just had cut. If I had 2 already working, then the instructions in the owner's manual apply. I only have one currently working, so there is a special process - anyone know how?

Also, where is a good place to buy Service Manuals? THANKS!

Thanks - I'll go check. I was hoping for hard copy, all I saw earlier was CD.
