Help with my reverse gauges!!

I recently got some reverse glow gauges for my 99 Prelude. The guages didn't come with instructions, so I found some on the internet that said I should take off my needles to put them on. So I did... Now once I go to put the needles back on, they don't work. What can I do to fix this?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
