paint

hey does ne one here no about how much it would be to get my 1985 pontiac firebird trans am painted black .... when it is tan right now ??? or maybe where i can go to find out ??

well my brother bought paint for his 86,
it was $40 a gallon, he bout 3 gallons.
do the insides the doors and under
the hood yourself, you can use spray
cans, but i recomend you sand before
doing so, and buy good paint. it will
then cost you about 1300 to paint it,
with the dude painting under the
hood and inside the doors it would cost
you about 2000

My brother once had his 1988 Dodge OMNI (yes, Omni) repainted (the stock color) and it cost nearly $4k. Not one of his best decisions, but just goes to show you getting your entire car repainted is hella expensive. Though it'll probably be worth it to get your TA done. Afterall, a TA doesn't compare to a friggin' Omni. I still shake my head when I think back on when my brother got his Omni repainted...
