1994 v6 sfi camaro problem

ok here is the thing, when my car hits the 3rd rpm it starts jerking and acting like it is runningo ut of gas or if it is missing. ive changed spark plugs and wires, fuel filter, and changed oil. ive also been using the most expensive gas, thinking it will help. does any body know why my car is actiing the way it is

yeah i ment to say 3000 rpm, sorry, i wont stopdoing it,its been to the shop twice and everytime it comes back its better until like a day later and then its back to jerking and shit, and plus when im making a turn if i gas it too much then it jerks, i cant win with this stupid car!!!!

i hope someone has some ideas, cause i'm dealing with the same problem in a girl's 95 V6 grand am. except my problem occurs at about 1800RPM.

My sisters tarus was doing the same thing and it turns out it was the wiring had rusted through and at start up the wires touched and it worked but then when she was going it would just cut out. old cars old wiring.
this might be it?

I just recently had a similar action from my 96 camaro I found the problem to be the o2 sensor so replaced both , 1 before cat and 1 after cat they run about $90 - $120 each depending on location. It might not be a bad idea to go get the camaro hooked up some where and have it diagnosed.
