Re: New pics of the EP3 with a new body kit

Looks great for an ep3, but I'm not a big fan of them either. Yours really stands out though. One minor gripe I have is the red air intake.. I would paint it black or silver to match the car, but no big deal.

Everybody says that, but have you ever sat in one?
That's when those thoughts go away.

nope, never had the opportunity. i guess i shouldn't be so quick to judge. do they feel pretty sporty when you get behind the wheel? i know my car definately does not feel sporty when i sit in it. i love the feel of being down low, sitting snug back in the seat, not sitting way up such as in a truck or minivan.

Re: New pics of the EP3 with a new body kit

hell yeah they feel sporty when you get it. Honestly, I was on clubsi before I had the si. I had a civic ex 1997. I remember when the new si's came out and I was along with everyone else, mocking it, calling it a minivan, saying what they hell did they do to the civic, why the shifter location, you name it, I was the number one hater. But then I needed a new car and was tired of a SOHC. I went to the dealer, really looked at the new si, and saw the potential, then I sat it, and I was amazed. It's sooo much more solid feeling, sporty, etc. Really nice...so I bought it...obviously. And it sits high, yeah, but doesn't most civics until you lower them. Trust me, it feels like you are sitting low (when you lower it) and definitely snug with those sport seats. And the steering wheel is like the s2000, it's smaller and has that sporty and has that 3 spoke design.
old pic when I first got it:

I think they look pretty cool, but I'd really like to see a Coupe version of the SI... my main problem is the shifter position... it just reminds me of grabbing someone's cock and yanking on it every few thousand RPMs.
