95 cas on a 98
I own a 95 gst and somehow I blew three holes(big ones) in the block and about an 8 inch crack on the block. So I bought an engine out of a 98 to replace mine. I knew that I was going to have to splice the cas wiring into my 95 harness, but the guy didnt cut the cas wires off with the sensor, on top of that the sensor itself is broke off. I was looking at the two engines and I noticed that the 95 sensor can bolt onto the 98. So my question is if I swap the cam pully and the sensor from my 95 onto the 98, will it work? Thanks for any input.
