PROGRESS, TENZO, SKUNK2, H&R Sport and NEUSPEED

O.K.

I have been searching and searching but I stll have not found out my answers to my questions, maybe be its time for a little help plz..

First off, These springs all drop a 4d4g about 2 inches what I would like to know is which of these offer a good ride with not to many bumps...

Anyone know???

What if you had to choose from the springs listed ( PROGRESS, TENZO, SKUNK2, H&R Sport and NEUSPEED ) Which would you buy??

Thankx,

I've got Neuspeed coilovers (turns out they didn't hack the springs after all) and the ride isn't bad. A little rough over large bumps, but the overall ride is pretty nice.

I have neuspeed race springs on my '91 hatch and the drop is 2" in the front and 2" in the back. So far so good. I have had them on for about 2 months

How is the ride? Would you say its firm or soft or stiff? Is it bouncy like I heard they can be?

Thankx

It can be a little stiff at times, but I wouldn't call it bouncy.

not bouncy at all. and I still have the stock shocks on there. Well they aren't really stock per se. The owner before me had them replaced so I am gonna ride them on out. It is stiff if you ask me.

HOw is the drop on a neuspeed is it truly 2 inchs?

I had a set of springs for my other car and it was not even close to what the stated drop would be...

I got very close to 2" out of mines. It is suppose to be 2 in the front and 2.25 in the rear, but so far its like close to 2 all around. I was told that if I get aftermarket shocks that the drop would be even better

skunk2 smooth? what are you smoking!!?? They're even rough with tokico illuminas.

H+R springs with KYB AGX would be an ok combination.

Re: PROGRESS, TENZO, SKUNK2, H&R Sport and NEUSPEED

Also a friend on the internet told me about Ground Controls Coil Overs..

But its a sleve type coilover so no way is it going to be as smooth as drop spring right??
