Re: where can i find a b17???

why are you so intent on getting the b17, its just a b16 with a slightly larger bore, might as well just get a b18 instead of going through all the hassle.

but if you really want one, talk to steve at www.hmotorsonline.com im sure he'll be able to source one for you.q

GRRRRR, longer stroke, same bore 81mm.
And hmotorsonline MIGHT be able to find one, but tey were a US only motor, so your best bet is some where like www.importautosalvage.com or finding one on line. JDM motor dealers won't be able to get them really, unless they deal with US motors too. Maybe www.nippon-motors.com

If you're really hellbent on getting a b17, you could always get a b16 and stroke it.

But how useless would that be.

Just get a b16/b18 and settle with it, theres plenty of things you could do to those motors. The b17 is rare, yes. But its nothing too special.
