Unhappy protege water pump

hi guys.
hope someone has had a similar experience.
my protege needed a replacement water pump, ac belt, timing belt and alt belt all together.

How many hours should this job take. this auto shop is charging $424 just for labor. he said it would take over 6 hours to do this.

Are the hours justified?

thanks
