chrysler 300C

bought a new 2005 300C car pulls to right. chrysler hotline told dealer to undo motor bolts that hold it in the cradle and let it reseat.

this helped for 50 miles. then the factory said they were aware of the problem and sent a bolt kit.

today the factory tech and the district mgr tested the car..said it did pull but followed the crown of the road.

this car pulls..he knows it, the dealership knows it. but the factory told them if the car lined up right on the alignment machine the car was fine.

anyone else with this problem?

Re: chrysler 300C

Bobby,

Just hammer them until they fix it or give you another! No reason to pay almost 40K for a car that isn't right, they know that and if you shame them into it they will give you a new one.

Chrysler 300C

I too bought one a few months ago and it pulls to the right too. I have not brought it back to the dealer yet, but plan to. I hope they have figured out how to fix this! Any luck with yours so far?

Re: chrysler 300C

With all the power this car has, it seems somewhat 'restricted'. Are there any performance enhancements like different computer chips or after market products that will make it faster, especially off the line?

Re: chrysler 300C

Dealer says it is an alignment problem that is easily fixed. They usually do it before they sell it to you, but mine must have slipped through. Have appt next tues. to fix. We'll see.

Re: Re: chrysler 300C

Guess I'm lucky! No problems whatever @ 9000 mi; but it would be nice to find a chip maker out there! Turning "ESP" off will help a little; seems torque is reduced (electronically?) well before shift point in 2-3-4. 1st gear really strong in mine.
