99 Windstar Electrical Issues

We have a 1999 Windstar SEL that was purchased new in 99. We have had consistent problems with the power sliding doors not closing all the way, coming ajar while driving down the road, and not opening automatically with any of the interior door buttons. Ford Service Centers that have assessed the situation have been no help. In addition, we are now having problems with the digital display center that reports exterior temp, miles to E, etc. I had one service center suggest that it may be the instrument cluster panel. Has anyone experienced these problems and do you have any suggestions??
