turn signals inop
whats going on gm fans, ive got a prob with my 96 grand am. i finally got my head job done and ive got her running good, now i cant get my turn signals or hazards to work. ive checked the fuses , all good, and have been trying to locate the flasher but i cant seem to figure it out. i remember it being clipped to something, but am not finding anything. i found two possible relays that could be them, but im not sure. is the flasher on a connector with similar "flashers/ relays? ive considered that it could be the multifunction switch also but cant remember the diagnostic steps. any assistance is appreciated.

Re: turn signals inop
The only thing I would check is the flasher fuse (typically a cylindrical fuse, maybe 1 inch diameter, 3/4 inch tall). that is the only thing that I know of that would cause none of your turn signals to work. unless of course, all your turn signal bulbs are burned out

Re: turn signals inop
you may have to invest it a service manual from an auto parts store....i dont know of any free-access ones online. the flasher fuse should have 2 prongs on it, at 90 degrees to each other. if you think its that square one, pull it out and see if, when you put a new one in there, they work. worth a shot
