Angry 2002 Problems

Well I bought a new 2002 four door cavalier 2 years ago, as a cheap car to get me through the first 5 years of professional work. But already I have two problem with my cavalier, after driving it 36,000 miles.

1. First the air conditioner does not work correctly, only blows a some cold air when accelerating or braking.

2. Engine revs .5 when stopped, and also once in a while will shut off shortly after I have started the car, and oil light comes on.

Bah =(

I have the regular engine not the ecotech. Im taking my car into the shop, I had it worked on a year ago for the same problem in the dealership. Decided to take it to a different dealership and show the receipt so that maybe they can either do the repair for free for knock off some money.
