engine to fit gear box???????

hello every one,im haveing some trouble finding out some info hope you can help me!
i have a kit car, it has the mk1 escort mexico 1.6 (711m) cross-flow engine on the 1.6 gt 4 spd gear box but im on a mission to fit the 1.6 rs turbo cvh engine but need to know if it will fit on to the 1.6gt gear box?
if so will i have to make any changes to clutch or any thing?
if not what gear box will i need and will if fit on the propshaft?
any help or advise will be much apprecated!

but there all fwd gear boxes im in need of a rear ive been told that the 1600 cvh will bolt on to the 2000E gear box and i will have to find a carpri short nose starter, dose this sound right?
