Carb Help '86 Marquis 3.8L V6

My carb doesn't look like any of the one listed in the Haynes manual. I can't locate the curb idle screw. The car is a b!tch to start. Once warm she idles in gear kinda rough, but in park she purrs and my engine light won't go out.

I've changed the fuel filter, PCV, oil cap breather, plugs and air filter.

Any suggestions?
