R.I.P. A Salute To My '85 Calais
It's been a week and I really miss my car.
She was the best $250 I ever spent. She was a rusty blue (very rusty...Canada ya know). Lasted me 2 years and only cost me basic maintenance. Took me 60,000km on top of the 250,000km she had when I got her. My steering got funky, the rear wheelwell separated...then the engine went boom! She was a darn good car. She's gonna live on though...the good parts are replacing bits on my son's '86 Grand Am. Thank You GM!
