Motorcycle Cops

Dos anyone know if motorcylce cops have a camera? I want to get off on a speeding ticket (my 1st) and i want to know if they have any proof?
I live in Seattle Washington if that helps. I got the ticket for 42 in a 25 and my tabs were 2 months due, should i challenge it?

45 in a 25? that's not very smart and is rather reckless in my view, and is actually reckless driving and reckless endangerment here (I'm assuming it was a residential area due to the limit of 25). If you wanna challenge it, be my guest...frankly, you're the reason my job's so hard. Dealing with someone who's been hit with a car, esspecially a child, is not an easy task. I have no pitty for you.

I am 99% sure that i was not going 42 mph, because there was a mustange in front of me that kept getting farther away. Then when i got to school the guy who owns the mustange was asking how fast i got a ticket for. I told him 42 and he said no way because he was doing 45 and was getting farther away much faster. So i think the cop didnt clear the speed from the mustange and got me for that.

how much is the ticket for?
basically if the cop already ticketed you, and drove away, you're stuffed. might as well pay it - unless its a matter of principle of course. Theres a certain reasonably high-profile journalist/owner of a motoring magazine over here who recently spent over $5000 trying to get out of paying a $120 speeding ticket ( he got ticketed while on the south island of NZ and flew down there from Auckland several times for court appearances).
In your case though you might as well bite the bullet and pay up though.

speeding is fine

when it wont affect anyone but yourself...be carefull in residentials and commericals...its too dangerous

lil kids run out, cars back out of driveways, pets run around.....if you hit them you kill them...or make them go through life changed for the worse....

so just pay it....or hell fight it and see if you can get out of it but dont speed where your likley to hurt someone else.
