highway raced a NSX (funny story)

well im on my way to padre island last weekend and im just outside san antonio texas when this guy in his 50's pulls next to me in his NSX well we just cruise for about 50 miles until the sun goes down when he decided he wanted to race, (MUST HAVE THOUGHT IT WAS A VR4) well on to the funny stuff we take turns blowin by eachother at about 150 when we finally decided to race, p.s. i knew i would lose badly so we go he gives me a bout a 5sec head start before he goes and let me tell you it wasnt that long before the race was over, but i shut down at 155 my top speed about 2 miles down the road when i catch up he ahas been pulled over buy a cop, sucks balls for him,first time i was ever glad i had a slower car lol.

by the way when i passed him he was being put in the back of the cops car

yea i know i feel sorry for the guy awsome cars those nsx's but, to answer your question i live in texas and this race happened in the middle of nowhere in south texas, plus it was like 10 oclock guess the only people on the road were me the guy and the cop lol.

NSXs are sweet cars...saw one last summer that sat about 2 inches off the ground and had what looked like 20 inch rims with ultra-low profile tires and was electric purple! Sweet looking ride.

lol thats a bummer for him good for you. I had something like that happen to me one time, only i was the one in the back seat of a cop car. I was coming home from a football game (high school, i was stupid then) i had 2 buddies in my car, my first car of a 95 2.2L cavalier. So im driving and i see this kid that i just hate, he had a few of his friends his Berretta, well anways before you know it we throw a bunch of change at his car going about 50 MPH (told you i was stupid) and he gets really pissed off. Mind you he was a grade ahead of me, so an underclass man disrespecting an uppclassman like that, man he got mad. Anways he starts chasing me and my buddies. So im like ok lets see what he can do. So for about a mile or so were racing down a 4 lane divided road for 45 MPH doing anywheres from 0-100+ MPH. It was later at night so not a ton of traffic. Well we blew past a cop and next thing you know i look behind me and thiers those big flashy lights. I was in front so the cop saw me first and the other kid saw the cop and slowed down. Anyways the cops pull me over, guns drawn like they were ready for a shoot out, first time i ever had a loaded gun pointed at me. I get put in handcuffs and sent to the back off the cop car. Cops ask me a bunch of the usualy Q's drinking/drugs/why r u so stupid? Whole time im shitting my pants cause in the trunk i had a cooler with my alcohol in it. Cops are like were gonna search your car, so they start searching im in the back of the cop car watching the whole time. one cop gets to the trunk opens the cooler, (The cooler had been in their for a few days ago, the ice was all melted and the alcohol was in side a plastic bag) The cop picks up the bag, looks at it with digust and throws in back in the cooler and closes the trunk. I was so excited i almost screamed. Then afterwards the cops turned all nice to me. I guess i they could have fucked me over royally, but instead let me go. He said the charges he could place were as followed
-Drag Racing-500 dollar fine automatic loss of liscense.
-Endangering a minor-A felony charge (the chick in the car was only 15)
-Possesion of illegal fireworks-I had a few bottle rockets in the trunk, the cops stole them from me. But they were old and i dont think they worked to well anymore.
-Speeding in excess of 50 MPH (he said i was doing 95mph in a 45mph)
-ANd the alcohol if he knew what he was lookin at.

anyways the cops let me go with a basic speed violation ticket, 70 bucks and no points on my record. WOW!!!!
