airbag warning light
Hi all, I have a 2000 Yukon SLT and I hit a bump last week. Now my airbag warning light stays on, it went off for a few days but now it's back. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have heard that same situation before, but never experienced it first-hand.
Most likely, if it was caused by the bump, you have a front impact sensor that is no good. Either way you need to get the code read that set it, and let us know. Hope we can help. |

hi i'm new here but i also have a 2000 slt i've found my airbag light comes on when we adjust the lumbar support. i believe the lumbar is pushing on the wires to the side airbags. just my uneducated guess.
