I have an 87 rannger, which didn't come with air conditioning, but i am aware that it was optional at that time. my dealer tells me i can do it, but tells me i probly can't get parts or can't even tell want parts i need for the job. I found a place near me that sells and can get me everything i need , but what i need is some to at least get me a picture or 2 of what a 87 ford ranger 2.3 v4 looks like with AC so i know what to buy to do it? HELP!!

Re: 87 ranger installing air conditioning
other than lokking in a chiltons manual free at the library i don't have a picture and remember you might not have the correct brackets to mount the a/c hardware. they leave these off on non a/c models. these are dealer or junkyard items only.
