t-5 and t-56 limits?

i searched but didnt come up with much , how much can the two handle

the t5 i've heard is pretty punk ass, at least the ones that came in third gens, they couldn't couple them w/ the 350's because they couldn't handle it or something (that's y the 350 3rd gens all had autos), i don't know if it goes the same for newer t5's. don't know for sure but i think the t56 can handle 450ftlbs of torque, i'm pretty sure i read it somewhere.

what do they usually sell at T-56 on ebay or where ever else you see them pretty cheap
