Re: fastest n/a gsr???
I am pretty sure that a N/A honda motor has gotton into the 9's recently, but I don't think it was in an integra. Also I am not sure if it is the fastest but A guy by the name of Chris Rado made an 8.8 second pass at 167mph, in a 825hp teggy, built by Rob Smith. Actually if you want the fastest, there was an old thread along time ago that had like a 4 or 5 second integra, but really the only thing that made it an integra was the headlights which were stickers anyways. So I woudn't really count that.

hmmmm i dont think there is a N/A honda hitting the 9 sec time slip. i seen low 10 sec N/A honda's. These werent street cars, these were full blown Pro race cars. The fastes N/A import i've seen is Jesus Padilla's 1st gen RX-7. i think he ran a high 9 second run at the Spring Nationals at Englishtown racetrack a few weeks ago.
but for a street car, i.e. GSR, u can get it to 13 sec N/A

Re: fastest n/a gsr???
I wasn't talking street car, he just wanted to know fastest, not fastest street car, and you can get a gsr faster than 13 going N/A in a street car, I personally have seen a couple of 12 second N/A street cars around, and I am willing to bet there are a few 11's in there to. Doubt that they would be legal though. But Back to the 9 second N/A, I am pretty sure it has been done, I too thought that 10's were as quick as they have gotton, but a couple of my buddies say they saw a article in som mag about a 9 sec N/A honda. I will see if they can find it for me.

Back to the original question...
I found a video and a dyno chart of an all motor GSR someone did up a long time ago. I'm not sure where I found the video and I don't have any good Web space so I can't post it, but here's the dyno results. In the video the guy does a pass and hits 11,000rpm on every shift! It appears to be about an 11 second run according to the length of the video but it doesn't show the actual time. ![]() EDIT: Here are the latest specs on his "project". I still can't find the damn movie though! http://www.icemanmotorsports.com/spo...ricksspecs.htm EDIT#2: Well, I got a little closer to finding that video. I found the the Web site of the guy that built the Integra. There is a video on there of an all motor Civic that runs 9s... http://www.ericksracing.com |
