Post 1997 Honda Accord Transmission Problem

Hey,
I have a 1997 Accord. It is a 4 cylinder, Automatic. I am pretty sure my transmission is out because it slips when shifting through the gears. My question is what year Honda Transmissions would be interchangable with this one. I know it is a 5th generation, and it says it is BOYA. I have heard that 91 thru 97 trasmissions are compatible from Accords and also Preludes. Is this true? And also what is the difference in a AOYA and a BOYA Tranny? I would appreciate any help at all. Thanks
