you need to do this to that mechanic.
anyway one of your spark plug wires has
been laying against the exhaust manifolds,
it had melted the rubber, and the insulation
and has been arking on your manifold.
thats your miss. i taped it up and it runs fine
no you need new wires the mechanic didnt put the
wires up in the holders, let him buy them!
